Kai Greene is best known as “The Predator”. He is one of the greatest bodybuilders in the world, after winning numerous championships and winning highly in Mr. Olympia’s shows throughout his career. He has become broadly recognized throughout the world for his unusual physique.
Early Life Of Kai Greene
Kai Greene was born on 12 July 1975 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. From the age of six, he grew up in foster responsibility and private treatment center placements.
Greene tried to find a place in the community and seemed like an outcast for much of his teens. As a result of this, the coming hero began misbehaving in school. He was ruled out from his school because of his bad behavior.
But there was one positive Kai Greene held onto in his early years, weight training. He used the gym as an escape from his difficulties and problems, developing his physique from the age of 13 in 1988. He was introduced to the concept of teen competition. He soon became an aspiring bodybuilder.
Bodybuilding Career of Kai Greene
Greene competed in the National Physique Committee, trying to move into the International Federation of Bodybuilders. He saw his victory in the NPC as mixed.
Greene got the ‘big leagues‘ hard he couldn’t replicate his achievements in the teen shows, placing 3rd and 6th in the 1998 NPC’s and 1999 World Amateur Championship.
Greene won the 1999 NPC Team Universe. He was frustrated and took a five-year break from tournaments before re-emerging in the 2004 NPC Team Universe competition, which he won again. Greene had achieved his ambition of becoming an IFBB professional bodybuilder. At the age of 24, he won his Pro Card. This success changed him for a career as an IFBB professional bodybuilder.
After five years, away from the stage, Greene made his victory at the 2005 New York Pro. But it was not a great return for The Predator because he placed 14th. Greene decided to make a name for himself and worked rigorously to increase his physique.
At the age of 32, Greene had finally got his first professional bodybuilding contest, the 2007 Shawn Ray Colorado Pro. But he was just growing started. In 2009, Greene won the Arnold Classic, which was his great success.
From 2010 to 2016, Greene won 1st position in 7 shows, including four more Arnold Classic successes. This success made him one of the greatest bodybuilders in the world.
