Keone Prodigy was born on 23 February 1995 in Warner Robins, Georgia, USA. He played football and track field in his High School. He started training in the gym to improve his Athletic performance in football.
Keone was much more interested in weightlifting instead of bodybuilding. During High school, Keone started bodybuilding as a teenager. He was very active and fit both physically and mentally.

Keone decided to compete in the bodybuilding show after the insistence of his friends. Keone entered the 2016 NPC Lee Haney Games and won the show in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding Middleweight Division.
In 2017, Keone competed at the 2017 NPC Junior USA Championships and got his pro card after winning the show in the Men’s Classic Physique. In 2018, Keone competed in the 2018 IFBB Tampa Pro Show in the Men’s Classic Physique. Keone placed 2nd at the 2018 IFBB Tampa Pro Show.
Keone got 4th place at the 2019 IFBB Pro Arnold Classic USA in the Men’s Classic Physique. During the same year, Keone won the 2019 IFBB New York Pro Show in the Men’s Classic Physique Division.
Keone Prodigy made his Olympia debut in the 2019 Olympia, and he got 4th place against Chris Bumstead, Breon Ansley, and George Peterson in the Men’s Classic Physique Category.

In 2020, Keone Prodigy switched from Men’s Classic Physique to 212 Bodybuilding Division. Keone Prodigy won the 2020 Chicago and the 2021 Chicago Pro Shows in the 212 Men’s Bodybuilding Class.
In 2021, Keone Prodigy competed at the 2021 Olympia Contest in the 212 Men’s Bodybuilding Division and placed 14th against Derek Lunsford, Shaun Clarida, and Kamal Elgargni.
