Early Life and Turning Pro
Daniel Ammons was born in 1987 in the United States. 🇺🇸
He came up through the American amateur ranks before earning his IFBB Pro card at the 2016 NPC USA Championships.

At the Texas Pro he beat Andrei Deiu into second place, with Charjo Grant third.
Those two wins qualified him for the 2022 Olympia, but he did not compete at that year’s contest.

2023: Palmetto Win and a Third Olympia
Ammons opened 2023 with fourth place at the New York Pro, won by Ryan Terry. 👏
One week later he bounced back to win the 2023 Palmetto Pro in Columbia, South Carolina.
That win was his sixth pro victory and qualified him for the 2023 Olympia.
He followed it with third place at the 2023 Miami Muscle Beach Pro, behind Andre Ferguson and Vitor Chaves.
At the 2023 Olympia he finished tied 16th, in a 46-man Men’s Physique field won by Ryan Terry.
