Alexander Westermeier Training

Alexander Westermeier has tried different training techniques. When he trained for Men’s Open Bodybuilding competitions, he lifted a lot of weight to pack as much muscle as possible.
Now Alexander competes in Classic Physique; his training regimen looks different. He still trains hard and seriously, but since then, his exercises are now targeted more toward refining and shaping his physique instead of adding mass.
In simple words, he will train using various isolation movements. They help him target the specific muscle he likes to improve without involving any other muscle group.
Alexander Westermeier Diet and Nutrition Plan

Alexander’s diet changed as he progressed throughout his bodybuilding career. While competing in Open Bodybuilding, he consumed high amounts of calories to fuel his massive physique.
His diet is different now that he competes in the Classic Physique division. He still pays close attention to his macros but doesn’t eat as many calories. His ‘go-to’ foods before a contest includes chicken breasts, salmon, brown rice, and avocados.
