Alexander was born in Germany Alexander first started training and experimenting with weightlifting as a teenager. One of the reasons that motivated him was his weight issue.
This is when Alexander Westermeier decided to start training and change the shape of his body. In no time, he saw a V-taper and dropped a few pounds without paying attention to his diet too much.

Alexander Westermeier is a German Professional Bodybuilder who started weight training to improve his body size when he was very young. He started working out every morning, and it wasn’t long until his body began to look muscular.
Alexander Westermeier took his competitive career even further. He began 2018 with a 2nd place finish at IFBB Elite Pro Austria as a Men’s Bodybuilding competitor.
Shortly after, he participated in the Arnold Classic Europe (ELITE PRO) competition, taking 4th place in the Men’s Bodybuilding category.
Alexander Westermeier finished in 1st place in the Pittsburgh show. First in the Classic Physique Pittsburgh Pro 2022 and 2nd in the New York Pro 2022 against Neil Currey. Neil Currey stands out 1st in the New York pro bodybuilding show.

Alexander Westermeier has tried different training techniques. When he trained for Men’s Open Bodybuilding competitions, he lifted a lot of weight to pack as much muscle as possible.
Now Alexander Westermeier competes in Classic Physique his training regimen looks different. He still trains hard and seriously, but since then, his exercises have now targeted more toward refining and shaping his physique instead of adding mass.
In simple words, he will train using various isolation movements. They help him target the specific muscle he likes to improve without involving any other muscle group.
Alexander Westermeier Diet and Nutrition Plan
Alexander Westermeier’s diet changed as he progressed throughout his bodybuilding career. While competing in Open Bodybuilding, he consumed high amounts of calories to fuel his massive physique.
His diet is different now that he competes in the Classic Physique division. He still pays close attention to his macros but doesn’t eat as many calories. His ‘go-to’ foods before a contest include chicken breasts, salmon, brown rice, and avocados.

Alexander Westermeier won the Pittsburgh Bodybuilding Show 2022 and qualified for Olympia 2022 in the classic Physique division.
