Chiriac Vlad Alfred Early Life
Chiriac Vlad Alfred was born in Husi, Romania in 1990. At 17, Alfred set foot in a bodybuilding gym for the first time. When Alfred was a little child, he used to eat chewing gum with stickers stuck to the refrigerator door.
When he grew up and realized that professional bodybuilders were in those stickers, he wanted to be like them. That’s how Alfred made bodybuilding a lifestyle.

In 2008, Alfred participated in a bodybuilding show for the first time. But in 2011, he learned bodybuilding secrets from his coach, Petrica Ciorba. After that, Alfred met Pihureac Vlad, who taught him how to prepare for a contest and supported him morally.
In 2018, Alfred competed at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro Qualifier and got 1st place in the Men’s Novice Heavyweight Category.
In 2020, Alfred competed at the IFBB Europa Pro Championships in the 212 bodybuilding Category and got 3rd place in the Show. James Hollingshead was the champion at the 2020 Europa Pro Championships.
In 2022, Alfred Chiriac placed 7th at the Arnold Classic UK in the Men’s Bodybuilding Open Class against Andrew Jacked, Partick Johnson, James Hollingshead, Martin Fitzwater, Marc Hector, and Jamie Christian-Johal.
On November 11, 2022, he competed at the Europa Pro Championships and placed 3rd. Theo Legurrier was the new champion at the 2022 Europa Pro Championships.
