🏆 Already a Pro by 2021
Oliveira’s earliest verified professional result came in November 2021, when he placed fourth at the Musclecontest Brazil Pro in a field won by Vinicius Mateus Lima. 💪
One point needs setting straight: an earlier version of this page said that fourth place “earned” his pro card. That is impossible — a professional show cannot award a pro card, because everyone on its stage already has one.
Oliveira was already an IFBB pro when he stepped on that stage. The amateur show where he won the card is not documented in the primary sources checked for this update, so this page does not invent one.
His first full pro season came in 2022: eighth at the Musclecontest Brazil Pro, then fifth at both the Goiania Pro and the Mercosul Pro.
🔥 2023: The First Title and an Olympia Debut
After an 11th place at the Sur Pro Cup in Colombia in May 2023, Oliveira’s breakthrough arrived on August 12, 2023.
He won the Musclecontest Goiania Pro, beating Guilherme Gualberto and Lucas Viudes — his first professional title, and with it a ticket to the Mr. Olympia. 🏆
At the 2023 Mr. Olympia in Orlando he finished tied for 16th in a field won by Ryan Terry — the standard placing for everyone outside the top 15 in the division’s huge line-ups.
He closed the year fifth at the Musclecontest Brazil Pro in Sao Paulo, behind winner Mehdi Kabbadj.
🌎 2024: Two More Titles and a Perfect Score in San Diego
Oliveira opened his 2024 account with third place at the Musclecontest Brazil Pro in Curitiba, behind Emerson Costa and Emmanuel Costa.
Then came the best month of his career. On August 10, 2024, he won the Pacific USA Pro in San Diego with a perfect score from the judges, ahead of Jayson Montes and Charles Carter. ⭐
At the 2024 Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas he again finished tied for 16th.
He was not done. In November 2024 he won the Musclecontest Fit Pira Pro in Piracicaba, again with a perfect score, beating William Amorim and Julio Soares — his third pro title, and his qualification for the 2025 Olympia.
⭐ 2025: Top Ten at the Arnold Classic
In March 2025 Oliveira stepped onto the Arnold Classic stage in Columbus and placed ninth, in a line-up won by Ali Bilal.
It remains his best result at a major — proof he can hold his own outside Brazil against the division’s elite.
At the 2025 Mr. Olympia he finished tied for 16th for the third straight year.
He ended the season back home in Piracicaba, placing fourth at the 2025 Fitpira Pro, where the title went to Edvan Palmeira.

🟢 Rafael Oliveira in 2026: A Fourth Title and a Fourth Olympia
Oliveira is fully active in 2026 — and his season had a storybook shape.
On August 29, 2026, at the very end of the Olympia qualification period, he won the Gold’s Gym Classic Pro in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a perfect score, beating Emanual Hunter. 🏅
That result put him on the Olympia stage for the fourth straight year. At the 2026 Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas he finished tied for 16th, in the field led once more by Ryan Terry.
Four qualifications in four years, in the deepest division in bodybuilding, is a record built on one thing: he wins shows, every season, on two continents.
He has made no retirement announcement, and nothing in his 2026 form suggests he is slowing down.
