🏆 Who Is Omar Suleiman?
Omar Suleiman represents the United Kingdom in the IFBB Pro League’s Men’s Physique division, and scorecards have listed him under the UK at every major show of his career.
His record is built the slow way: season after season of European pro shows, most of them ending in the top six, against fields stacked with Olympians.
He is a familiar rival to the UK scene’s best, sharing scorecards year after year with names such as Jeffrey Darko and Emile Walker.
📈 2021–2022: The Apprenticeship Years
Suleiman was already competing as an IFBB Pro League professional by the autumn of 2021, appearing at the Arnold Classic UK in Birmingham, the EVLS Prague Pro and the Romania Muscle Fest Pro.
His best result of that first run was sixth place in Prague, behind winner Balint Nemeth and Darko in third.
The 2022 season brought steady progress across four shows. He placed sixth at the Arnold Classic UK, in a field won by Ali Bilal.
In Italy he took seventh at the Yamamoto Cup Pro, where Darko won and Chao Peng placed second, and fourth at the Yamamoto France Pro.
He closed 2022 with his first pro podium: third at the Tsunami Nutrition Pro in Rome, behind champion Chao Peng and Febo Gambacorta. 💪
No verified pro results are recorded for Suleiman in 2023 — the official contest record simply resumes in 2024, and this page does not guess at the reason for the gap.
🥇 2024: The Prague Breakthrough
The 2024 season was the busiest of his career: seven pro shows, starting with sixth at the Flex Weekend Pro in Milan in June and fourth at the Mr Big Evolution Pro in Portugal.
Autumn brought ninth at the Europa Pro Championships and 11th at the Promuscle Italy Pro, then a breakthrough run in November.
First came silver at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro, behind Emile Walker. One week later, on November 16, 2024, came the night his whole career had been building towards.
At the EVLS Prague Pro, Suleiman won the Men’s Physique title with a perfect score, beating Miroslav Juricek and Ireneusz Ptucha. 🏆
Prague was not where Omar Suleiman earned his pro card — it was where he won as a professional, and the victory qualified him for the 2025 Mr. Olympia.
He finished the season a week later with another silver medal, second to Sidy Pouye at the Spanish Grand Prix Pro in Madrid.
🌎 2025: The Olympia Debut
Suleiman’s 2025 season was built around one date: his Mr. Olympia debut in Las Vegas in October.
He warmed up with third place at the Koloseum Italy Pro on October 5, then stepped on the Olympia stage on October 10, 2025, finishing 16th in a field won by Ryan Terry.
Most debutants would have gone home. Suleiman went back on the road instead, racing four more shows in five weeks.
He took third at the EVLS Prague Pro, sixth at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro, third at the Spanish Grand Prix Pro and fourth at the Marrakech Pro, closing the season on November 30.
Four shows in five weeks closed out his busiest autumn yet — and underlined his reputation as one of the division’s most willing travellers.

🟢 Omar Suleiman in 2026: Still Racing
Suleiman is an active competitor in 2026 — and his autumn schedule was as busy as ever.
He placed 10th at the Europa Pro and fourth at the Pro Muscle Italy Pro in September 2026.
On October 3 he was sixth at the Tsunami Nutrition Showdown in Toulouse, a show won by Dallas Botchway, and he followed it with fourth place at the EVLS Prague Pro.
He did not compete at the 2026 Mr. Olympia, and he has made no retirement announcement. The accurate description is simple: active, and still chasing a second pro title.
