🏆 Who Is Dallas Botchway?
Dallas Botchway is an IFBB Pro League athlete in Men’s Physique, the board-shorts division judged on shape, symmetry, conditioning and stage presence.
He built his career the unglamorous way: Colorado regional shows, a pro card at the NPC USA Championships, and two seasons of near-misses before the wins arrived.
When they did arrive, they came in a flood. In 2026 Botchway won more pro titles than any of his Men’s Physique rivals — five — and did it on two continents. 🇬🇭
🌱 The Colorado Amateur Years (2022–2023)
Botchway’s recorded career begins in Colorado, where he was based. At the July 2022 NPC Colorado State Championships he placed first and second across two Men’s Physique classes — an early sign of what was coming.
In 2023 he swept his home state’s amateur scene: overall winner of the NPC Mile High Showdown on June 10, then first again at the NPC Colorado State Championships on July 15.
The decisive step came on July 28, 2023, in Las Vegas, where he won Men’s Physique Class B at the NPC USA Championships — one of the toughest amateur shows in America — and earned his IFBB Pro League pro card. 🥇
💪 The Pro Debut Season (2024)
Botchway’s professional debut came on April 20, 2024, at the Wasatch Warrior Pro in Salt Lake City, where he placed fifth in a field won by Jason Huynh.
Seven weeks later he was on the podium: third at the Mile High Pro in Denver on June 7, 2024, behind Rhyan Clark and Darnell Dean — a home-state result at the show where he had won the amateur overall a year earlier.
Two shows, two top-five finishes. The rookie season was short — but it announced a man who belonged in the first callout.
🥇 2025: The First Pro Win and the Olympia Debut
Botchway’s 2025 season opened in the Midwest: eighth at the St. Louis Pro on April 19, then a return to Salt Lake City, where he jumped from fifth to second at the Wasatch Warrior Pro, behind winner Edvan Palmeira.
Then, on May 24, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana, he won the Optimum Classic Pro — his first professional title, ahead of Mario Stewart and Anik Ghosh. The victory carried the biggest prize in the sport: qualification for the 2025 Mr. Olympia. 🏆
He stayed busy: fourth at the Mile High Pro in June, behind winner Juan Gochez, and seventh at the Ace of Stage Pro in October.
A week later he made his Mr. Olympia debut in Las Vegas, tying for 16th in the largest and deepest Men’s Physique field in the sport’s history. A first Olympia, one season after a first pro win — the rise was officially rapid. 🚀
🔥 2026: Five Wins, Three in Eight Days
If 2025 was the breakthrough, 2026 was the takeover. Botchway opened the season with second place at the Mile High Pro on June 13.
Then came a week the division will not forget. On June 20 he won two pro titles on the same day — the World Classic Pro and the Body Be 1 Classic Pro. Seven days later, in St. Petersburg, Florida, he won the St. Pete Pro too, beating Juan Gochez and Drew Cullen. Three wins in eight days, a feat Generation Iron called one of the hottest streaks in the division. ⚡
The streak rolled on into the autumn. On September 19 he won the Sasquatch Pro in Federal Way, Washington, ahead of Jason Huynh — the man who had beaten him on his pro debut two years earlier.
On September 26 he returned to Las Vegas for his second straight Mr. Olympia, again tying for 16th in a contest won for the fourth straight year by Ryan Terry.
Most athletes would have ended their season there. One week later Botchway was in France, winning the Tsunami Nutrition Showdown in Toulouse with a perfect score of 3 — his fifth title of 2026. Under the qualification rules reported by Colosseum Strength, the Toulouse win was his second Open victory since the 2027 qualifying period began, so his place at the 2027 Mr. Olympia is already secured.
He closed the season on October 10 with fifth place at the EVLS Prague Pro in the Czech Republic — eight shows, five titles, two continents, one remarkable year. 💯

He lives and built his amateur career in Colorado, and at least one American results report (BarBend’s 2025 Optimum Classic coverage) listed him under the USA, but the Olympia scorecard listing, Ghana, is the authoritative one.
What are Dallas Botchway’s age, height and weight?

Is Dallas Botchway still competing in 2026?
Yes — he was the most prolific winner in his division in 2026. He competed eight times, won five titles, appeared at his second Mr. Olympia, and placed fifth at the EVLS Prague Pro on October 10, 2026. He has already qualified for the 2027 Olympia.
🔥 Final Thoughts
Three seasons ago, Dallas Botchway was winning regional amateur shows in Colorado. Today he owns six pro titles and a guaranteed place on the 2027 Olympia stage.
The placings at the Olympia itself — tied 16th, twice — are the one line on his record still waiting to improve. On the evidence of 2026, when he won three pro shows in eight days, it would be unwise to bet against him. 💪
