🏆 2022: First Pro Win and an Olympia Debut
Juxian He’s breakthrough came in June 2022 at the Monsterzym Pro in South Korea. He won the Men’s Physique title ahead of Malaysia’s Nur Irfan Bin Ahmad, who placed second.
The win qualified him for the biggest stage in the sport. In December 2022 he made his Mr. Olympia debut in Las Vegas, finishing tied for 16th place.
For a first season at the top level, it was a strong start — a pro win and an Olympia appearance in the same year. 💪
🥇 2023: A Second Monsterzym Title
He returned to Korea on November 12, 2023, for the World of Monsterzym 8 Korea Pro — and won again, this time with unanimous first-place votes from the judges.
Compatriot Yiming Wei placed second and Li Xin third. The victory earned Juxian He his place at the 2024 Mr. Olympia.
Two weeks later he placed 3rd at the 2023 Japan Pro, behind winner Jo Uezato and South Korea’s Yoon Sung Lee — the start of a friendly rivalry that continues today.
📈 2024: Olympia Progress and a Third Pro Win
At the 2024 Mr. Olympia, Juxian He improved to 11th place — a clear step up from his debut, in a field won by Ryan Terry.
He closed the year in style at the World of Monsterzym Open Pro on November 3, 2024, in Gwangmyeong, South Korea.
He took 1st place ahead of Yoon Sung Lee and Vietnam’s Hieu Vu Minh, collecting his third pro win and his ticket to the 2025 Olympia. 🏆
⭐ 2025: Career-Best 6th at the Mr. Olympia
The 2025 season was the best of Juxian He’s career. In September he placed 3rd at the Huanji China Pro in Xi’an, behind former Olympia champion Brandon Hendrickson and Ghana’s Carlos Asiedu Ocran.
Then came the performance of his life. At the 2025 Mr. Olympia he placed 6th — the best Olympia result of his career, against the deepest Men’s Physique field in the world.
He finished the year by winning the 2025 Japan Pro in November with a perfect score, beating Farouq Ishimoto and Yoon Sung Lee. The win qualified him for the 2026 Mr. Olympia.
Like fellow Chinese pro Mengyi Liu, he has helped put Chinese Men’s Physique on the world map. 🌏
🔥 2026: Still Winning
Any thought that 2025 was a one-off peak ended quickly. On May 8–9, 2026, Juxian He won the World of Monsterzym Korea Pro in Seoul with another perfect score, ahead of Japan’s Shun Kaneko.
On September 13, 2026, he added a sixth pro title at the Huanji Xi’an China Pro, winning in front of his home crowd in China — again with a perfect score.
Two weeks later he competed at his fourth Mr. Olympia (September 26, 2026), finishing tied for 16th in a field won by Ryan Terry — Edvan Palmeira placed sixth.
