Two pro wins, three seasons apart, bookend the rise of Portugal’s most successful Men’s Physique athlete. Elton Pinto Mota — whose name older coverage, including this site’s first profile of him, sometimes spelled “Eliot” — is an IFBB Pro League Men’s Physique competitor who won on home soil in 2025 and took his physique all the way to the Mr. Olympia stage in Las Vegas. 🇵🇹
Every official IFBB Pro League scorecard lists him as Elton Pinto Mota of Portugal. London is the city where he built his fitness-model career and where he is based, but on stage he represents Portugal — and in July 2025 he gave Portuguese bodybuilding one of its biggest modern wins.
This updated biography uses only verified contest records: official scorecards and results reported by Fitness Volt, BarBend, Generation Iron and Colosseum Strength. Where a detail about Elton has never been officially published — including his date of birth — we say so openly instead of repeating numbers copied from site to site. ✅

📚 Early Life and the London Fitness Scene
Elton grew up around London as a keen sportsman, playing soccer in his youth before the gym pulled him in a different direction. Like a lot of future physique athletes, he started out chasing the mirror muscles — a mistake he has happily admitted to in interviews retold by his early profiles.
London turned out to be the perfect base. It is one of Europe’s hubs for fitness modelling, and as his physique developed, modelling agencies and sponsors started paying attention. That combination — a stage-worthy physique and a model-ready look — shaped the whole direction of his career. 📸
🏅 Fitness Model First: The 2016 UKBFF Title
Elton’s first headline result came in 2016, when he won the UKBFF Top Fitness Model title in the UK. It was a genuine breakthrough — the win put him on the map as one of Britain’s top fitness models and opened the door to agency representation and sponsorships.
One thing needs clearing up, because older articles (including ours) got it wrong: the UKBFF Top Fitness Model title is a modelling title. It did not award an IFBB Pro League pro card, and 2016 was not the year Elton turned pro. His pro journey in the IFBB Pro League began later — his agency MN2S and his sponsor Olimp Sport Nutrition both date his IFBB Pro status to 2019.
💪 Turning Pro (2019)
By 2019, Elton had moved from modelling contests into IFBB/NPC physique competition, and both his booking agency and his sponsors record that as the year he became an IFBB Pro. In the interest of honesty: the exact pro-qualifying show does not appear in the published NPC News Online or IFBB Pro League records we checked, so we won’t invent one.
What is not in doubt is what he did with the card once the pro league’s bigger stages reopened after the pandemic seasons. From 2022 onward, his name starts appearing on official IFBB Pro League scorecards — always as Elton Pinto Mota, always listed under Portugal. 🏆
🏆 2022: A First Pro Win and an Olympia Qualification
Elton’s breakthrough pro season came in 2022. On July 30, 2022, he won the 1 Bro Pro in Maidenhead, England — his first IFBB Pro League victory, recorded on the official results as “Elton Mota” of Portugal.
Weeks later he backed it up against a much bigger field, placing 5th in Men’s Physique at the 2022 Arnold Classic UK, a show won by Ali Bilal. A top-five finish at an Arnold Classic is a serious result in any division, and it confirmed the Maidenhead win was no fluke.
The 1 Bro Pro victory also earned him a place on the official qualified-athletes list for the 2022 Mr. Olympia. Whether he actually stepped on stage in Las Vegas that December is something the published record doesn’t confirm — results coverage names only the top 15, and his own agency and sponsor biographies say “qualified” rather than listing a placing. His confirmed Olympia debut would come three years later. ✈️
📈 2023–2024: Holding His Place in Deep Fields
In April 2023, Elton returned to the 1 Bro Pro in Maidenhead and placed 4th, in a show won by Mauro Fialho Garcia Jr. It was a step back from his win the year before, but still a first-callout-level finish at a show that has become a fixture of the UK pro calendar.
In March 2024 he was announced on the ten-man Men’s Physique roster for the Arnold Classic UK in Birmingham. Published results for that show list only the top six, and his name is not among them, so no official placing exists in the sources available — a roster announcement alone doesn’t prove how a show finished, and we record it that way rather than guessing a number.
🔥 2025: The Career Season
Everything came together in the summer of 2025, when Elton put together the best run of his career — three pro shows in four weeks, then the Olympia. On June 14–15, he placed 6th at the Empro Pro in Alicante, Spain, in a field won by Mauro Fialho.
A week later came the Dubai Pro (June 20–22), one of the richest shows on the calendar, where the Men’s Physique title went to Miroslav Juricek. Elton finished in the group the official scorecard records as tied 16th — the placing given to every athlete outside the top 15.
Then came the homecoming. On July 5–6, 2025, at the Mr Big Evolution Portugal Pro in Estoril, Elton — competitor number 20 — won the Men’s Physique title outright, taking the official scorecard with a perfect judging total of 3 points ahead of Brazil’s Matheus Oliveira. A Portuguese athlete winning Portugal’s pro show: it was his second pro victory, and it carried the prize he wanted most — a qualification for the 2025 Mr. Olympia. 🇵🇹🏆
In October 2025, he made his confirmed Mr. Olympia debut in Las Vegas. In the largest and deepest Men’s Physique field in the sport, he placed tied 16th (competitor #51, score 80) in the division won for the third straight year by Ryan Terry. For an athlete who started out winning modelling titles in London, standing on the Olympia stage in board shorts was the completion of a decade-long climb.
📋 Elton Pinto Mota Verified Contest Record
| Year | Contest | Division | Placing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2016 | UKBFF Top Fitness Model (UK) | Fitness Model | 1st — modelling title, not an IFBB pro qualifier |
| 2022 | 1 Bro Pro — Maidenhead, UK | Men’s Physique | 1st 🏆 |
| 2022 | Arnold Classic UK | Men’s Physique | 5th |
| 2022 | Mr. Olympia — Las Vegas | Men’s Physique | Qualified; appearance not confirmed in published results |
| 2023 | 1 Bro Pro — Maidenhead, UK | Men’s Physique | 4th |
| 2024 | Arnold Classic UK — Birmingham | Men’s Physique | On announced roster; no placing published (outside top 6) |

| 2025 | Mr. Olympia — Las Vegas | Men’s Physique | 16th (tied) |
*At the Dubai Pro, the official scorecard records every athlete outside the top 15 as tied 16th and publishes that group without individual names, so his name cannot be singled out on the scorecard itself; the placing matches how his appearance there has been recorded.
🌍 Life Beyond the Stage
Competing is only half of Elton’s career. He is represented by the London agency MN2S as a bodybuilder, fitness model and influencer available for brand campaigns and appearances, and his sponsor roster has included Olimp Sport Nutrition, Evogen Nutrition (which signed him to its Team Evogen Elite), Vanquish Fitness and Father & Sons.
That modelling base is also what makes his story different from most pro-league athletes. Long before the Olympia stage, he had already built the audience — his Instagram, @eltonpintomota, is where the stage photos in this article come from, and it remains the centre of his brand. 📱
🔮 2026 Status: Still a Pro, No Stage Return Yet
So where is Elton Pinto Mota in 2026? As of October 2026, there is no 2026 contest result for him in the IFBB Pro League record. He did not return to Estoril in July 2026 to defend his Portugal Pro title — Spain’s Sidy Pouye won that show — and he was not on the qualified list for the 2026 Mr. Olympia, held in Las Vegas in September 2026.
He has not announced a retirement, and he remains active in the industry: Olimp Sport Nutrition announced him among the Olimp Team athletes appearing at the World Sports Istanbul 2026 expo, and his agency continues to list him for bookings. The accurate summary is a pro between campaigns — still sponsored, still visible, but yet to announce his next walk onto a pro stage. ⏳
❓ Elton Pinto Mota FAQ
Is it Eliot or Elton Pinto Mota?
Elton. Every official IFBB Pro League scorecard and results list uses “Elton Pinto Mota” (sometimes shortened to Elton Mota), and his Instagram handle is @eltonpintomota. The “Eliot” spelling appeared in an early online profile and was copied by other sites — including, until this update, this one.
What division does Elton Pinto Mota compete in?
Men’s Physique in the IFBB Pro League. Before turning pro, he also won the UKBFF Top Fitness Model title in 2016 as a fitness model.
How many pro shows has Elton Pinto Mota won?
Two: the 2022 1 Bro Pro in Maidenhead, England, and the 2025 Mr Big Evolution Portugal Pro in Estoril, where he beat Brazil’s Matheus Oliveira in front of a home crowd.
Has Elton Pinto Mota competed at Mr. Olympia?
Yes — once, so far. He made his Olympia debut in Las Vegas in October 2025, placing tied 16th in Men’s Physique. He had also qualified for the 2022 Olympia by winning the 1 Bro Pro, but published results from that year don’t confirm whether he competed.
How old is Elton Pinto Mota, and how tall is he?
Honestly: neither his date of birth nor his height and weight have ever been published by the IFBB, the NPC or the athlete himself. Biography sites list him as born in 1991 (some give March 8, 1991), 5’10” tall and 205–215 lbs, but all of those numbers trace back to one unsourced profile from around 2017 and were never confirmed. If the 1991 birth year is right, he would be 35 in October 2026 — treat the rest as unverified.
Is Elton Pinto Mota still competing in 2026?
He is still an IFBB Pro and has not announced any retirement, but he has no recorded contest appearance in 2026 as of October 2026. He remains active as a sponsored athlete and model, including an announced Olimp Team appearance at World Sports Istanbul 2026.
🔥 Final Thoughts
Elton Pinto Mota’s career doesn’t fit the usual template. He came in through fitness modelling, took a UK modelling title in 2016, turned pro in 2019, and then kept showing up — a pro win in England in 2022, a home-soil win in Portugal in 2025, and an Olympia debut the same autumn.
The record books will remember the Portugal Pro night most: competitor number 20, a perfect score, and a Portuguese winner in Estoril. Whenever he chooses to chase the next one, he has already proved the only point that mattered — the model can win on the biggest stages too. 💪
