🏆 Who Is Lucas Viudes?
Lucas Viudes Santos is a Men’s Physique professional from Brazil who competes in the board-shorts division judged on shape, symmetry, conditioning and stage presence.
His look is impossible to miss in a lineup: a narrow waist, wide shoulders, deep abs — and heavy tattoo work across his chest, both arms and his left calf. 🎨
He is not a social-media celebrity. His reputation was built the slow way, by entering show after show in Brazil and across South America until the wins finally came.
🌱 The Rookie Season: Podiums Straight Away (2023)
Viudes arrived in the pro ranks in 2023 and made an impact immediately. In May he placed 3rd at the Sur Pro Cup in Santiago, Chile, behind Emmanuel Costa and Matheus Nery.
In July he went one better — 2nd at the Musclecontest International Brazil Pro in Curitiba, beaten only by Anderson Arruda in a close contest.
August brought another podium: 3rd at the Musclecontest Goiania Pro in his home city, behind Rafael Oliveira and Guilherme Gualberto. He closed his rookie year with 8th at the Pharlabs Sur Cup Pro in Colombia.
Three podiums in a debut season announced a rookie who clearly belonged at pro level — but the first win stayed just out of reach. 🥉
📈 2024: Close Again, Everywhere He Went
The 2024 season followed the same pattern. Viudes placed 5th at the Musclecontest Brazil Pro in Curitiba in July.
Back home in Goiânia in September, he repeated his 2023 result — 3rd at the Musclecontest Goiania Pro, this time behind Emmanuel Costa and Felipe Goncalves.
He finished the year 7th at the Musclecontest Fortaleza Pro in October. Consistent, polished, always in the callouts — and still chasing that first title.
🥇 2025: The Win, and the Olympia Debut
Everything changed in the summer of 2025. After a 12th place at the Musclecontest Brazil Pro in July, Viudes travelled to San Diego and placed 3rd at the Pacific USA XXXI Pro — one point behind second — in a show won by fellow Brazilian Guilherme Gualberto.
One week later came the breakthrough. On August 17, 2025, Viudes won the Mexico Grand Battle Pro — his first professional title, and with it a qualification for the 2025 Mr. Olympia. 🏆
Six days after that he was back on a Brazilian stage, taking 3rd at the Musclecontest Experience Pro in Fortaleza. A win, two podiums and an Olympia ticket in a single month.
In October 2025 he made his Olympia debut in Las Vegas, finishing in the tied-16th group in one of the largest Men’s Physique fields ever assembled — more than seventy athletes.
He kept working after the Olympia, placing 6th at the Musclecontest Fitpira Pro — a show won by Edvan Palmeira — and 8th at the Atlantic Coast Pro in the United States.

🏋️ Training and Diet: What Is Actually Known
Viudes documents his training and contest preps on his own Instagram account, and his competitive record shows the real secret of his career: durability — seventeen pro shows in four seasons.
No verified day-by-day training split or meal plan from Viudes himself has been published by a primary source, so this article does not print one. An earlier version of this page carried a detailed split, diet and supplement list — none of it could be traced to Viudes, and it has been removed rather than repeated. 🙏

The nearly man of 2023 and 2024 became a champion and an Olympian in 2025, then took his campaign to the Arnold Classic stage in 2026.
If his career so far proves anything, it is that nobody in Men’s Physique outlasts him. 💪
