Hassan Mostafa’s Early life
Hassan Mostafa was born and raised in Egypt. His childhood was superficial as he was not interested in any other game besides bodybuilding. At 17, Hassan was a lean and skinny child.
Hassan Mostafa is the son of an Egyptian bodybuilding champion and actor, El Shahat Mabrouk. Hassan was always impressed by his father because of his weight training.
Hassan Mostafa won the Puerto Rico Pro show against Theo Leguerrier and qualified for Mr. Olympia 2022.
His father sent him to a gym for physical improvement. Then Hassan entered a local contest and got 1st place there.
Hassan Mostafa’s Bodybuilding Career
At that time, Hassan lived in a small town near Cairo, and there were no expert trainers and coaches to provide proper guidance when contesting the competitions.
In 2014, Hassan’s first main competition was the IFBB Junior World Championships. At this contest, he was offered a job as a trainer by the owner of Gold’s Gym in Kuwait. He accepted the offer and soon moved to Kuwait City.
In 2018, Hassan won the Amateur Olympia in Kuwait City, just as Big Ramy had won in 2012. After that, he made his debut at the Indy Pro and got 3rd place there. Hassan’s next contest was the Tapm Pro Show. Hassan may have got 1st place at his second show, but Dexter Jackson entered the show on his fans’ demand and won the show.
In 2020, Hassan competed at the 2020 New York Pro and got 4th place against Iain Valliere. After this show, he got training and coaching from the seven-time Mr. Olympia 212 Flex Lewis to compete in the 2021 New York Pro. He got 3rd place in Men’s Open Bodybuilding class against Nick Walker.
Hassan Mostafa is coming to compete at the 2022 Puerto Rico Pro Show, scheduled for June 17 to 19, 2022, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hassan Mostafa should win the show. He will earn his invitation to compete at the 2022 Olympia.
In 2023, Mostafa competed at the 2023 Vancouver Pro Bodybuilding Show and got his Olympia ticket after winning the Show in the Men’s Open Bodybuilding.
