Piotr Wojtowicz Diet Plan and Workout Routine (2026)

Piotr Wojtowicz is a Polish Classic Physique professional known as “The Polish Eagle.” 🦅

He finished 6th at the 2026 Mr. Olympia, up from 13th on his debut a year earlier. His rise was fast: three professional wins in 2025, all by perfect scores.

This article is shorter than most diet plans on this site, and that is deliberate. Wojtowicz has never published a full day of eating, so there is no meal list here to print. What follows is only what his own words and the official records state.

No diet plan from Piotr Wojtowicz exists in any source we could read. We searched his interviews, his own channels and the major bodybuilding sites, and none of them prints what he eats.

That is the whole of it. There is no calorie total, no macro split and no food list attached to his name anywhere we checked. This section will not guess at one.

With no published diet, there is no meal plan to lay out. No source names a single meal of his, a portion size or a time of day he eats.

Meals

The meals section is therefore empty by design, not by omission. If Wojtowicz publishes a full day of eating, this article will be updated with his own figures.

He does post training content on his own channels, including TikTok as @piotr_wojtowicz and the Polish-language YouTube channel TeamWójtowicz. Neither channel carries a retrievable full day of eating.

Supplements

No supplement list from Wojtowicz has been published either. No source names a protein, a creatine, a vitamin or any other product he takes.

That silence covers the sources we were able to read, including his interviews and profiles. It is not a claim that he takes nothing — only that nothing is on the record.

His training is the one area where his own words exist on the record. Generation Iron, drawing on interviews and coverage, reports that he trains with relatively lower volume and high intensity.

Working sets go close to muscular failure, and he puts a strong emphasis on the mind-muscle connection. Back issues changed his training: he has moved away from heavy squats and deadlifts.

His taste runs to the Golden Era look — muscular development with aesthetic presentation, rather than extreme mass. No full training split has been published, so this article prints his method, not a weekly plan.

The comeback behind the method matters. He suffered kidney failure at 19, then an umbilical hernia and injuries that needed rehabilitation. He rebuilt through rehab, walking and gradually restoring his training capacity.

Piotr Wojtowicz Diet Plan in 2026

The 2026 season is where his record speaks loudest. He placed 6th in Classic Physique at the 2026 Mr. Olympia with 30 points, after three professional wins in 2025 earned his place there.

The three wins came in four months: the Europa Pro in Offenbach on 14 September, the Spanish Grand Prix Pro in Madrid on 23 November and the Musclecontest Austria Pro in Schwechat on 13 December. Each was a perfect score.

Between the first and second of those wins he placed fourth at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro in Bucharest on 8–9 November. His Olympia debut a year earlier had been 13th, with 67 points.

He is listed at 5 ft 11 in, with Generation Iron giving a weight of 258–265 lb and no date of birth. Official amateur results from 2018 give his birth year as 1997 and his height as 181.1 cm, which matches.

Those 2018 results, from the IFBB Diamond Cup in Zabrze, Poland, list him as Piotr Wojtowicz-Pitek. He placed second among juniors in Classic Bodybuilding and seventh in the men’s Classic Bodybuilding over 180 cm class.

His nickname, “The Polish Eagle,” was given to him by international fans. It nods to Polish ski jumper Adam Małysz, and Wojtowicz opens his posing with a Victory Pose for it.
